Overview

Vincent has vast experience in representing domestic and multinational clients in all aspects of intellectual property. His practice is focused on procuring patents, conducting due diligence reviews, and providing litigation support.

Vincent has technical expertise in mechanical, electro-mechanical, and software-related technologies. In the automotive industry, Vincent's technical expertise covers autonomous vehicle systems, wireless communication, propulsion systems, chassis, body, safety restraint systems, climate control systems, and vehicle seats. His technical expertise in the medical field includes surgical instrumentation and surgical robotics. Vincent's expertise in aerospace and power generation fields include gas turbine engines, power plants, and aircraft hydraulic systems.

Before joining Vivacqua Crane, Vincent served as On-Site Counsel at the headquarters of a major car manufacturer and as a Director for a global research provider. Vincent draws from 20 years of experience to execute effective IP strategies commensurate with the clients' commercial endeavors.

Vincent received his J.D. from UIC John Marshall Law School in 2001 and his B.S. from the University of Michigan in 1998. He is the Co-Chair for Michigan’s Chapter of the Licensing Executives Society. Vincent is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
