Anthonie’s practice focuses on preparation and prosecution of utility patent applications, as well as preparation of legal opinions regarding patent infringement and validity, trade secret availability and protection, and freedom to operate. He has represented inventors, investors, start-ups, and Fortune 50 companies across a wide range of technologies, including lithium and alternative-chemistry batteries, fuel cell systems, electric motor design, cryptography, machine learning, and computer and cellular networking.

Anthonie also has experience asserting and defending clients’ IP rights in federal district courts, state courts, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
