Overview

Gary’s practice is centered on intellectual property protection and includes all things intellectual property - patent and trademark preparation and prosecution; patentability, validity, and freedom-to-use opinions; and licensing agreements.

Gary has experience in a variety of technology areas including automotive technologies, glass and container manufacturing, semiconductors and integrated circuit fabrication, chemical detection systems and mass spectrometry, food science, computer networking, software, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, touchscreens, diesel engines, optics, GPS devices, truck hitches, and acetylene torches.

Gary graduated from Creighton Law School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho. Gary is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and is a member of the Nebraska Bar.
